During a power failure, the BCBT5-800 switches the fixture to emergency mode and operates one lamp for a minimum of 90 minutes.  The unit itself contains a charger, battery and inverter circuit.  The BCBT5-800 can be mounted in the wireway or on top of the lighting fixture.  The BCBT5-800 is UL listed for factory installation or retrofit applications, as well as damp location listed.
